At Direct Primary Care of West Michigan, many in-office procedures are included in your membership at no additional charge. Our goal is to make everyday care simple, accessible, and supportive — without the surprise fees found in traditional insurance-based clinics.

Below is a list of procedures commonly performed in our office.

• Skin biopsy / skin lesion removal (shave or excision — pathology not included)
• Ear irrigation
• Abscess incision & drainage
• EKG
• Rapid strep throat swab
• Urine dipstick testing
• Urine pregnancy testing
• Point-of-care glucose testing
• Fecal occult blood testing
• Pap smear (pathology not included)
• Cryotherapy (wart treatment)
• Skin tag removal
• Suture removal

These services are simply part of your care — no co-pay, no billing surprises.
